TPT4KC This Week!

I've been doing a lot of thinking about our Team Sophia ministry.  I had some plans to get little presents out for Christmas to our friends that we pray for but I'm just out of energy.  On the one hand, I really want to bless these kids as much as we have been blessed.  On the other, some days I feel like I can barely keep my head above water with my own family.

I don't know what The Lord has in store for this ministry.  I know it is important but I don't know if we are having any impact.  Oh, I know that this prayer list is huge and I definitely will keep that up.  I just would ask you would pray for us - that we would allow The Lord to reveal His plans, in His time and not to be discouraged when it seems like nothing is happening and/or we aren't doing anything to make it happen.  That's what it feels like right now - I'm not doing ENOUGH!

Ok, I admit it, I am a little discouraged today.

I pray 2012 will be a refreshed year for us, with new clarity, energy and vision and the doors to serve will be thrown wide open!  I also pray this year will be one where we boast in The Lord's tremendous gifts of healing for all of these children - that they will end their treatments with success and no relapse!  I pray for freedom from fear, anxiety and stress for their parents and siblings.  I also pray for a renewal of their marriages, as those can really take a beating while in treatment.

So - for now, I just want to lift all of these precious families up; despite how I'm feeling.  I know The Lord will hear us because we are placing these children into the arms of Jesus - Who will immediately turn and discuss the best thing for them with His Father.

Expect prayers to be answer because PRAYER WORKS!
